Ideally 10 years of data is required to run a Gryphon Report as this illustrates a full decade of trends for you to review. A minimum of four years of data is required.

Over 1000 records is ideal to run a Gryphon Report. We can accept up to 10M records to produce a report.

If you use the self-service option for a Gryphon Report, results will be received in as little as three hours. If our team is running the report for you, results will take 72 hours to one week depending on the complexity of the file and the number of subsets.

A subset is a smaller data set that you wish to review separately such as data about events, monthly giving, direct mail or online giving. There are many options for subsets, and we are happy to discuss these with you. Each subset is $599 + tax. Each subset will require a separate data file sent to Gryphon.

Yes, absolutely you can order a Gryphon Report. We have worked with many fundraising professionals all over the world.

Yes, a 90-minute meeting to review your results is included in the fee. Sam Laprade, CFRE will virtually meet with you and your team to discuss strategies, answer any questions and help with next steps.

We accept all non-identifiable data in a csv (comma delimited text file) file. Data is uploaded through our website and the results are sent via Dropbox. If you are not prepared with your data at time of ordering, we can forward a secure Dropbox link. Link to video.
At Gryphon, we only require non-identifying data (no names, no addresses, no phone numbers). We only require four fields: Donor ID, Gift Date, Gift Amount and Appeal Code.
Yes, a Gryphon Report can be produced either by Calendar Year or Fiscal Year.
Yes. This can be accomplished in two ways: firstly, you can send the data with a lower or upper limit, or we can make this adjustment for you when we produce your Gryphon Report.
Yes, you can purchase a Gryphon Report, A La Carte, at $199 + tax per page.
